Ever wanted to look at the night sky through a telescope? Come on out to a Star Party and see what's out there!
You can gaze at the planets, the moon and other astronomical objects through powerful telescopes and binoculars. Learn how to find constellations and hear some of the mythological stories associated with them. After sunset, we will have a nice view of Saturn and its rings. Saturn will be visible throughout the summer months over the Southern horizon, not too far from Antares, the brightest star in the constellation of Scorpius. Jupiter will also be visible with its four largest moons over the Western horizon.
